Bonneau du Martray is such an amazingly consistent producer. His Corton Charlemagne from 1998 to 2002 have all been spectacular. The 2002 shows all the greatness of the vintage and it is one of the best priced Corton Charlies on the market

A very rare wine because of its limited production, high demand and incredible quality, Pape Clement's white is on a par with Haut Brion Blanc and Laville Haut Brion. The 2001 is out of this world. Extremely limited quantities available.

According to Robert Parker, "Bordeaux's "Mr. White Wine," Denis Dubourdieu, owns this estate that consistently turns out one of the finest dry whites. The 2004 is one of his most successful vintages to date. The Semillion was ripe and the Sauvignon Blanc adds all the zest and some nice, crisp acidity. It is a super-delightful wine for summer drinking and beyond. A must buy at this super-low price!

This wine has just arrived and it is available in very limited quantities. Drouhin is always one of the most reliable producers and his 2003s are fantastic. The 2003 Corton Charlie is a beauty, with plenty of richness, ripeness and fabulous balance. It can be drunk now or cellared for 10-15 years.

In our view, along with Chateau D'Yquem, there is no greater dessert wine made in all of France. Only made in very special vintages, the 2003 will stand alongside the 1947, 1995, 1997 and 2002 as one of the greatest Cuvee Constance ever. Don't wait for rating because this is a solid 99-100 point wine and it will be gone by the time reviews come out.

What an amazing value! What is coming out of Spain, at current price levels, is just mind-blowing.

"The finest white wine I have yet tasted from Muga is the 2004 Blanco, a value-priced blend of 90% Viura and 10% Malvasia. Spring flower garden notes intertwined with notions of honeyed pear and citrus soar from the glass of this perfumed white. It is well-textured, with terrific fruit, wonderful purity, and surprising body. I was shocked to learn this wine was barrel-fermented and aged sur-lie for four months in French oak as the wood component is virtually non-existent.
